Description :
  • Understand product and service portfolio and answer technical queries
  • Prepare and send quotations, calculate and specify their products and negotiate orders
  • Review terms and conditions of sale and ensure compliance
  • Develop relationships with customers, generate leads and referrals
  • Attend networking events, industry exhibitions and research new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and produce monthly sales and activity reports
  • Define and implement strategic growth plans and support new product development
  • Identify new business opportunities and schedule customer meetings
  • Present products and services to make a sale, listen to and meet customer requirements
  • Promote their products and services and recommend profit and service improvements
  • Monitor and research competitor activity and keep up to date on industry news
Requirements :
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales and/or customer service role (face to face preferred)
  • Technical product sales experience essential
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and tenacious approach to sales
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proficient in CRM, Google mail, docs, sheets, PDFs and calendar
  • Reliable, driven and proactive
  • Flexible approach to deadlines
